David P. Kerr 

David P. Kerr is Of Counsel with FALG where he works with and advises business clients regarding general business matters including developing key business strategies and creative solutions to complex business and legal issues. His transactional practice includes drafting and negotiating all variety of legal agreements and contracts, entity formation, corporate transactions, employment matters, and state and local regulatory compliance issues.

He is a recognized leader in the complex area of marijuana business law, including buying or selling a marijuana business; navigating compliance and regulatory issues; facilitating business transactions and state licensing. He has extensive experience working with all levels of licensed retails, producers, and processors.

Mr. Kerr’s prior experience includes complex franchising, right of way and government affairs work in the technology, telecommunications, and broadband sectors.
