George E. Bonini

George E. Bonini is a founding member and partner of Fifth Avenue Law Group, PLLC.   

George is a business, securities and tax attorney with a practice focused on organizing business ventures and partnership transactions.  He advises companies regarding complex financial arrangements, cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions, tax matters and private equity transactions.  He also provides general business counsel, and has assisted in the closing of hundreds of various business transactions.

George has experience assisting private investment vehicles and investment advisors in structuring funds and complying with applicable securities laws. Finally, George has expertise in resolving tax disputes with the Internal Revenue Service and state and local tax authorities.

George has assisted clients in an array of industries including financial services, real estate, technology, retail and manufacturing.   

Prior to helping launch Fifth Avenue Law Group, PLLC, George worked at a West Coast regional law firm, an AMLAW 100 firm and in the tax group of a Big 4 accounting firm.  Washington Law & Politics listed George as a Rising Star in the areas of corporate finance and taxation in 2002, 2003, and 2004.
